Why?

Why do we do what we do?

Not because of Helen

or Samuel.

Not because of this precious hand

or this one

waiting to come home to our family.

We do what we do because of this.

Because of Jesus. Because we are HIS HANDS AND FEET.  Because if we do not reach them then maybe no one will.  Because He has commanded us to

CARE FOR THE ORPHANS AND WIDOWS IN THEIR DISTRESS – JAMES 1:27

We do what we do because we love a God who loved us first, who loved us so much He sent His ONLY SON to die for us, who gave everything for us.

This seems so small

in comparison to what He has done for us.  It seems like so little.

But to this one

it is so much.

There is always enough for just one more.  God will always provide enough for the one standing in front of us right now.  It is up to us, all of us, to say YES.

Will you help us?  Will you walk beside us as we spread the love of Jesus through providing basic needs?
